Due to our continued growth and the demand for our services we require the following personnel:

Engineering Manager.

Reporting to the Principals with general duties are:

* Proven management of a small specialist team of geologists and mining engineers,
* Able to organize geological exploration teams,
* Capable of holding meetings and presentations in English,
* Able to prepare technical reports in English,
* Able to liaise with a client base of significant international companies,
* Assisting Client in dealing with "soft issues" relating to Engineering work,
* Maintaining time line and program for development period.

Qualifications:

* Holds a geology degree from a recognized Indonesian University,
* Minimum 10 years coal experience in exploration, modeling, mine planning and mine operations,
* Strong working knowledge of Mincom Minescape Mine Planning Software,
* Experienced with alternative mining Software,
* Reasonably fluent in English language,
* Proven management experience and ability to work unsupervised,
Possesses the experience and skill to quality as a competent person for coal resources and reserves evaluations to JORC standards.

The position will be based in Jakarta but occasional travel to sites will be required. This is a permanent position and Competitive salary and benefits will be offered to the right candidate.

Production Engineer to be based at our Tarakan Project reporting to Engineering Superintendent to provide the following:

* Technical and mine planning support to the operation,
* Monitor equipment performance,
* Develop and maintain control cost reporting system,
* Provide back up to the site based personnel,
* Review daily production and ensure compliance with mine planning.

Qualifications:

* Recognized mining engineering qualifications,
* Minimum 3 years practical operating mining experience in a similar role,
* A working knowledge of Surpac and Minescape mine planning software,
* Experience in short term and long term Mine Design,
* Planning experience up to Supervisory/Superintendent Level with mining contractors,
* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa and English,
* Computer literate,
* Posses in “POP” Mining Indonesia competency certificate,
* Be an efficient, honest, team player, with analytical skills, attention to detail and quality, be persistent and systems oriented.
